Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. However, delegate substitutions are accepted at anytime. Please e-mail us here should you wish to make a substitution.

Cheques should be made payable to 'University of Southampton' and posted to Delia Perkins, C/O CPDMH, Room 1.76, Department of Psychiatry, Royal South Hants Hospital, Brintons Terrace, Southampton, SO14 OYG.
Please note: Membership for UKSBM is £35 (£10 for students). To get the reduced membership rate please return to the main UKSBM website and click on join. Having joined UKSBM then return to this site and continue registration.

The registration fee includes meeting entry, delegate bag and associated materials and all lunches and refreshments during the two day event. It does not include travel, accommodation costs or the conference dinner.
Please ensure that all bookings are made by the registration deadline of 4th December 2009. Early registration is advised to take advantage of the early-bird fee which is valid up until 2nd October 2009.
